Machinima Film Brilliance from ColeMarie Soleil

Creating some of the... perhaps, the finest looking machinima in Second Life.

My introduction to the visual brilliance of ColeMarie Soleil's work came through the musical brilliance of Skye Galaxy. Watching as numerous machinima artists started documenting Skye's performances in SL, Soliel's work stood out from the rest...

I felt like I was watching film... a look with machinima that introduces us to another creative level.

As I focus more attention in the direction of documenting performance works in Second Life, I have been exploring difference machinima artists out there on the grid. Working with some of them in different capacities and enjoying the thinking process on the visual side of the virtual music experience. So it had led me to ColeMarie via Skye and youTube. Upon exploring ColeMarie's youTube channel, "the rockerfaerie channel" I found over 200 of her machinima movies uploaded there. 

Lo and behold, after looking through many of the films I saw and heard that ColeMarie was also a musician as well and then remembered seeing her name pop up in notices every once in awhile. There were some great songs of hers here too. What a talented young lady here. I will plan to have her on my When Worlds Collide show sometime in the near future to talk to her directly about these talents.
